Had a pool built by the Better pools and spas team last year, cannot fault the pool or service at all, once council approval was done, the pool was built quite quickly and the end product speaks for itself, found the team really helpful and easy to deal with even with some of the late changes I asked for, couldn’t be happier with my new pool.

After shopping in the market for a few months we went ahead with Better Pools and Spas as they were very professional and knowledgeable and stayed competitive with their quote. During the construction they were able to deliver the work with high standards and kept us informed during all stages. I almost didn’t buy our pool from Better Pools after reading the reviews. But a friend had a good experience with them so I thought it was worth rolling the dice. Our pool has just been finished.
Couldn’t get the kids out of it all weekend. Took a few weeks to get the council approval but from the day they dug the hole till we swam was 6 weeks.

We are writing to you with regards to our pool building.
We had originally signed a contract with a competitor but after reading all the fine print we decided to pull out during the 5 day cooling off period.
We then did a lot more research, we had a number of different companies come out to our place and give us a quote and their advice on what we should do. We were tossing up between fibreglass pool or a concrete pool.
We decided to go with Better Pools and Spas as not only were they honest with their upfront price, they Guaranteed no hidden extras.
We also really liked the idea that it was a owner builder that Rick Crambrook who is the owner of the company would be here personally digging and overseeing our pool development.
Within 2 weeks of signing the contract and paying a small deposit, the Council approval was completed and the digging began.
We found Rick, his son Layton and the rest of the team to be honest, reliable and friendly workmen.
We also had a lot of dealings with Louise who worked in the office. Louise found no question or enquiry difficult. She always was there with a smile on the end of the phone.
Our pool was completed within 7 weeks – from the time the digging began to the time it was ready to swim in!
We have no hesitation in recommending Better Pools and Spas to anyone. Not only was their price very attractive, but their loyalty, workmanship and professionalism was great.
